ORDERING
How do I place an order?
There are many variables that determine the price of a piece of merch. Because of these variables, each quote is order specific.
Let us know, in as much detail as possible, what type of merch you are interested in purchasing. We will contact you and begin to
form your order. You can also find specific items to inquire about by searching our catalog, or using our Contact Form.

What is your minimum order?
For most products, our order minimum is 24 pieces. This minimum applies to all merchandise products such as shirts, hoodies,
beanies, and most other types of apparel. For some items, such as posters, stickers, pens and other promotional items, our minimum
order is higher. We keep our minimums as low as possible to allow for those "short runs" of merch.

What is your turn around time?
For apparel, our turn around time is normally 7 - 10 working days. For paper items, such as posters, stickers and writing pads, our turn
around time is normally 10 - 14 working days. This time starts once artwork is approved. Orders can be turned around in a shorter time at
an added cost. Each order is specific so these times may vary; when you receive your free quote, we will also provide the turn around time.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the Shipping/Billing or Artwork status of an order at any time by logging into Your
Account. Once your order has been created, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive
another email notifying you of the shipment, and providing you with tracking information.

What are your payment terms?
- 50% of order total must be received before order process can begin.
- 50% or order total must be received before product shipment.
- An invoice past due 5 days will be subject to a 5% penalty and subject to another 5% penalty each subsequent 5 day period.

Is my credit card number and personal information secure?
Because we do not offer a "checkout" like other online stores, we do not retain your credit card
information. Other information, such as billing and shipping information, will be retained
and used only for those purposes. Any such information that is relayed to MerchOneStop.com is secured through 128-bit encryption.
We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your information by adopting industry standards in web security.
MerchOneStop.com will never give away, sell or otherwise divulge your personal information to a
third pary. It is our policy to never send sensitive information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail.

How will my order be shipped?
Due to the weight of most orders, UPS or FedEx Ground shipping will be used as the default method. Orders that are requested by the customer to be expedited
can be shipped using a 2Day or Overnight method at an additional cost. Shipping time must be calculated after the embellishing process has taken place.

Checking an order status
You can check the Shipping/Billing or Artwork status of an order at any time by logging into Your

In an effort to make the entire ordering process hassle-free, we have created an interactive customer account that lets you control the design of your merch piece directly
through your account! For every order you will be able to:

How to submit artwork revisions
After logging into Your Account, find your order and click 'View Artwork'. On this page, you will then click 'View Revision Notes' or 'Submit Revision Notes'.
